did going from 1.7 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone

BB

restarted at 2.5 after 6 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

TT

5 did nothing

wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)

genuine question 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

BB

ok so SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

start low anyway

back after 21 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

coming back to this the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

TO

held 10 for 2 months and lost 15kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

NS

plateaued at 18 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

TO

the 5 vial in 3ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 0.5 on 15 units, nice round numbers

checked the units twice

does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger

SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted

SD

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
