update on the earlier thing how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
switched from 5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
restarted at 2.5 after 26 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

held 10 for 9 months and lost 14kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
