Highlights from this day
  • swab_dry_first — the 15 vial in 1ml gives 5mg/ml which puts 1 on 30 units, nice round numbers 19:22
  • customs_owl — im at 0.25 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step 19:50
  • tokyo_taper — while im here back after 2 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off 20:52
  • forty_five_kg — did going from 12 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone 22:58
  • forty_five_kg — the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same… 23:22

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

while im here at 1.7 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

the 15 vial in 1ml gives 5mg/ml which puts 1 on 30 units, nice round numbers

72 weeks, tirzepatide 5, 10 and 15mg against placebo.

CO

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar, n of 1 obviously

CO

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

TL

coming back to this i sat at 7.5 for 21 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from, your mileage will differ

CO

im at 0.25 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step

AHI as the primary endpoint, with and without PAP therapy.
TL

went back to semaglutide after 19 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, ill dig out the number

7.5 gang

CO

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

TA

plateaued at 29 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

TT

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

TT

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
my VendorInvestigate result on a Homopeptide vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them

TT

while im here back after 2 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do

TA

unrelated but the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

for the archive i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

TT

held 10 for 22 months and lost 45kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

restarted at 2.5 after 17 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

TT

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

TT

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 8 months at 7.5 not needing more

FF

did going from 12 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
