- is_this_forever — while im here did going from 1.7 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone 19:23
- glucagon_arm — i sat at 7.5 for 18 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from 19:40
- deamidation — 40 units of a 8 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time 20:12
- deamidation — at 7.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up 20:44
- deamidation — sorry to jump in did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so 21:07
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
anyone got a 5 recon they like for the 30 vials
the 40 vial in 2.5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 1.7 on 12 units, nice round numbers, take that with a pinch of salt
7.5 gang
while im here did going from 1.7 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)i sat at 7.5 for 18 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number, i could be wrong
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
plateaued at 25 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 21 months at 7.5 not needing more
switched from 2 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
no clean conversion
40 units of a 8 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
titrate slow
easier gi for me
back after 4 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
10 was enough
at 7.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
same plateau here
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome, i think
sorry to jump in did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
