my PeptideMeter result on a KP vial came in at 98.1 which is why i keep buying from them

- dez_domains — i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did 20:05
- dez_domains — the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact, anyway 20:16
- dez_domains — whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different 20:43
- fibre_first — held 10 for 24 months and lost 46kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine 21:33
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact, anyway
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, your mileage will differ
5 did nothing
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 7, not advice obviously
the 15 vial in 5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 7.5 on 10 units, nice round numbers
Inter-lab diff for lot H-2814: 98.1% vs 99.4%. Within expected range.
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, happy to be corrected
im at 1 and thinking about 10, did anyone gain anything from that step
checked the units twice
€185 for a 20 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
at 0.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
Inter-lab diff for lot B-0329: 99.2% vs 99.4%. Within expected range.
unrelated but GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
ok so how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
held 10 for 24 months and lost 46kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
SURMOUNT is weight
ok so coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
i sat at 7.5 for 23 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
easier gi for me
