while im here went back to semaglutide after 21 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, i think

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
restarted at 2.5 after 26 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
