Highlights from this day
  • declared_value — my VendorInvestigate result on a ERP vial came in at 96.8 which is why i keep buying from them 18:26
  • noct.titrate — the 30 vial in 2ml gives 10mg/ml which puts 12 on 40 units, nice round numbers, someone check my working 40 units of a 10 solution is a lot of volume and i check that… 18:37
  • no_chargeback — at 15 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win 20:22

coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

SS

unrelated but GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, someone check my working
held 10 for 13 months and lost 12kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

back after 19 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

SS

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
the 2 vial in 5ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 10 on 8 units, nice round numbers

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

genuine question did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it

went back to semaglutide after 23 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

DV

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

LM

restarted at 2.5 after 14 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

SS

did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect

while im here why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10

[edited]
NT

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

SS

the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 23

DV

no clean conversion

The head-to-head everyone quotes. Note the semaglutide comparator dose.

plateaued at 7 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific, not advice obviously

NT

the 30 vial in 2ml gives 10mg/ml which puts 12 on 40 units, nice round numbers, someone check my working
40 units of a 10 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

SA

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works, n of 1 obviously

LM

im at 12 and thinking about 0.5, did anyone gain anything from that step

SURMOUNT is weight

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
went back to semaglutide after 25 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot E-2205: 96.8% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.

LM

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar, thats just me

coming back to this the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

easier gi for me

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
