WV

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

WV

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

HH

is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore

TE

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar, anyway

the 30 vial in 0.5ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 12 on 15 units, nice round numbers

restarted at 2.5 after 25 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
at 0.5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot KP-0925: 97.4% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.

WV

plateaued at 11 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

switched from 5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it, take that with a pinch of salt

how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 4

checked the units twice

i sat at 7.5 for 21 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me

WV

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 24

WV

for the archive the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
