switched last year
#tirzepatide 2026-06-12
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
ok so did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
same plateau here
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
coming back to this anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
GIP plus GLP-1
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
ok so my VendorInvestigate result on a HJ vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 18 months at 7.5 not needing more
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
the 10 vial in 2.5ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 0.5 on 8 units, nice round numbers
[edited]12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
i sat at 7.5 for 26 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
Recon calculator: 40mg in 2ml = 2mg/ml.
€72 for a 5 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
ok so SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
easier gi for me
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
SURMOUNT is weight
checked the units twice
went back to semaglutide after 1 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
quick one the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
Assay note: BCH lot B-0329 reported at 97.4% of label content.
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
start low anyway
plateaued at 10 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
15 is the top
titrate slow
