a supplier own report is a document, not independent evidence, and it goes in as what it is, this undermines what i said before
the mods maintain the log. the room supplies the evidence and argues about it, which is the correct division, boring entries count too

we log the purchase route as well as the lot. the same lot bought two ways is two entries, the chain is what makes it evidence
for the record the standard has not moved in three years, which is why the old entries are still readable, pdf if you have it
verification is a state of the evidence, not a badge anyone hands out

the oldest entries here are from early 2024 and the log has run continuously since
update from 24 months ago: Homopeptide added evidence and the entry now reflects it, this undermines what i said before
for the verification log a supplier improving shows in the log as later entries, not as earlier entries being edited, not disproven is not verified
standards question i have watched this standard hold for three years including when it was inconvenient for a popular supplier, their source file has the whole thing
two labs a point or two apart on one lot is normal. both go in the log with both numbers, logged with the date

anyone can read the whole log. that is the entire point of publishing the archive
a status change needs a pattern, and a pattern is more than one lot and more than one person, nothing gets deleted
