ok so how do you celebrate this without it being about food
congrats
unrelated but cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone
8 down in 15 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
down 76 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
down 88 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off
week three nearly finished me and im at month 15 now, does anyone want the boring version
the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 3 now
*week 31 not week 4
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
ok so the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
months not weeks
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
slightly off topic but 10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
while im here resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
quick one i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
hit 33 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal
