- comment_fatigue — while im here i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls 12:27
- glow_no — down 29 since 10 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at 13:47
- truncation_tru — honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug 14:34
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
while im here i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off
follow up i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
update on the earlier thing i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about, anyway
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month, for what its worth
youre allowed to be pleased
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
thats not showing off
down 29 since 10 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at
down 79 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
down 103 and my resting heart rate dropped 2 bpm, related or not
is there a point where you stop weighing daily
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
m0 118.4
m1 113.9
m2 110.2
m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.2sorry to jump in does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
i was down 3 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
congrats
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
for the archive my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
slow is fine
well done
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
thats the win
please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
brilliant a1c
my wedding ring fits again after 26 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight
follow up coming back after 21 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
