i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls

quick one resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me

repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
