size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
down 8 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything, thats one data point
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
