unrelated but repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
my knees stopped hurting around 40 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
down 75 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine, i have it written down somewhere

careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
youre allowed to be pleased

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
still here at month 14

ok so my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
while im here i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
