update on the earlier thing cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug

- ring_size_down — slightly off topic but size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop 14:45
- hair_month_four — ok so please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it 15:01
- hair_month_four — the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going 16:27
my wedding ring fits again after 2 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight
youre allowed to be pleased
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
thats not showing off
half a stone in 8 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
week three nearly finished me and im at month 23 now, does anyone want the boring version
the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
genuine question blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
good bp move
slightly off topic but size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
my knees stopped hurting around 39 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage, n of 1 obviously
kept 23 of it off for 14 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of, ymmv
ok so please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
genuine question honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it, i could be wrong
slightly off topic but down 30 since 21 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
i was down 27 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
*Janoshik not the other one
SURMOUNT-OSA reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
how do you celebrate this without it being about food
brilliant a1c
is there a point where you stop weighing daily
thats a big drop
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
sorry to jump in 10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust, thats one data point
nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 3 now
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls, anyway
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know, still working it out
how long did it take before you believed it was actually working
my knees stopped hurting around 34 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
slow is fine
congrats
while im here no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
love this channel
m0 118.4
m1 113.9

m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.217 down in 8 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
