i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls

a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it

25 down in 3 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale

kept 28 of it off for 24 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
