- dexa_or_bia — cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone 15:16
- vat_on_import — down 33 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win 10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month 15:24
- back_from_away — i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off 16:33
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device
ok so i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
down 31 since 16 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at
youre allowed to be pleased
months not weeks
love this channel
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone
down 66 and my resting heart rate dropped 9 bpm, related or not
down 33 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
my knees stopped hurting around 11 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
good bp move
what non scale thing surprised you most
SELECT reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
[edited]i was down 40 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off
half a stone in 18 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening, n of 1 obviously
still here at month 14
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
i nearly quit too
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
*PeptideMeter not the other one
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
while im here i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
right so the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
coming back to this a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
thats brilliant
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
