i was down 3 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug

repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
down 95 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
coming back after 9 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
