i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
i nearly quit too

follow up a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
kept 17 of it off for 4 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
