a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything

down 55 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine

a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it

size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
