the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

right so down 58 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
SURMOUNT-1 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
keep going
Inter-lab diff for lot B-0114: 96.8% vs 97.4%. Within expected range.
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
still here at month 14
coming back to this how long did it take before you believed it was actually working
48 down in 4 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
*that should say weekly

hit 26 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal
genuine question congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
kept 10 of it off for 19 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
down 63 and my resting heart rate dropped 2 bpm, related or not
youre allowed to be pleased
first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point
anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself
m0 118.4
m1 113.9
m2 110.2
m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.2my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial, n of 1 obviously
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
coming back after 17 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
[edited]update on the earlier thing cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
well done
good bp move
what non scale thing surprised you most
does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did, i could be wrong
slightly off topic but the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
update on the earlier thing bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
follow up honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
slightly off topic but the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
