the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance

32 down in 9 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
i was down 11 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
what non scale thing surprised you most
cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone

my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
