  • deadspace — is it normal for appetite to come back at the end of the week 16:40
  • deadspace — split dosing has no trial behind it. people here do it and report on it, thats all i went from 7.5 to 0.5 and honestly could not tell the difference in appetite 16:43
  • deadspace — do you escalate on the calendar or on how you feel 16:45
DE

how do you decide between holding and stepping when both feel wrong

my titration ladder took 14 months to climb and i would do it slower again

coming back to this i jumped a rung once to catch up after a supply gap and it was a bad week. would not repeat, anyway

is it normal for appetite to come back at the end of the week
