- nhs_pathway_nell — plateau versus set point is not answerable in under six months of data 01:48
- nhs_pathway_nell — came down from a treatment dose to maintenance over about three months and it was uneventful, happy to be corrected 01:49
- thursday_thea — sorry to jump in appetite returning at the end of the week is extremely common and is not the dose failing, from memory 02:52
- nhs_pathway_nell — after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice, still working it out 02:59
- nhs_pathway_nell — i have been at 2 for 10 months and honestly i have stopped wanting to move after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not… 03:04
if you are asking whether to go up, the fact you are asking usually means not yet
two weeks is nothing
my rule: if a side effect is still there at day five, i hold. if it clears by day three, i step
if it "stopped working after four days" that is almost never pharmacokinetics
hold
whats the smallest step anyone has managed between doses
plateau versus set point is not answerable in under six months of data
came down from a treatment dose to maintenance over about three months and it was uneventful, happy to be corrected
if i hold at 7.5 indefinitely am i losing anything
unrelated but is there a trial anywhere that studied twice weekly, or is it all anecdote
has anyone gone up and then straight back down and been glad they tried
sorry to jump in the honest answer is that most of us are running protocols nobody has ever studied
nobody here can tell you what dose to be on and the ones who try get corrected
[edited]you do not have to escalate at all. that is a real option that gets forgotten
