come down slower than that
#maintenance 2025-10-29
- month_six_me — sorry to jump in i came off for four months, put 46 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers 15:20
- VialBot — Recon calculator: 2mg in 5ml = 10mg/ml. 15:54
- apob_over_ldl — i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose, ill dig out the number 18:43
coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month
no data on that
[edited]*that should say weekly
does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same €72 a month
lift twice a week
Batch lookup F-1330: 3 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-06-12.
did anyone drop the dose for maintenance or just stay where they were
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side
how much protein were people eating at maintenance compared to while losing
STEP 1 is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly
genuine question i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
mine didnt hold
i put 5 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round
same as a bp tablet
slightly off topic but cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower, ask me again in a month
did anyone regret dropping the dose too fast
sorry to jump in i came off for four months, put 46 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel, ill dig out the number
protein up not down
harder than losing
[edited]mine held
Recon calculator: 2mg in 5ml = 10mg/ml.
i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it
is there any trial data at all on a lower frequency schedule
i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud
the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve
weekly not daily
i stayed at treatment dose for four months past goal and then came down slowly. that order was right for me
is this forever or is that just how it feels at month 5
how do you decide youre actually at maintenance rather than just stalled
thats fluctuation
my range is 10 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan
i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose, ill dig out the number
[edited]update on the earlier thing how much regain did people get in the first 18 months after stopping
thats STEP 1
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here
how do people handle a two week holiday at a maintenance dose
regain is expected
