my range is 6 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve
[edited]two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation
coming back to this i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it
no official dose
how much regain did people get in the first 4 months after stopping
how much protein were people eating at maintenance compared to while losing
lift twice a week
is there any trial data at all on a lower frequency schedule
Verification log updated: SSA — evidence added, status unchanged.
did your maintenance dose end up higher or lower than you expected it to
i dropped from 5 to 15 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months
mine didnt hold
regain is expected
unrelated but dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly, still working it out
if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room
SELECT is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says
i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud
a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved
