slightly off topic but whats a realistic amount of regain to accept rather than panic about

STEP 4 is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion
right so i put 14 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side
appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for
Channel stats, last 30 days: 136 messages from 9 members.
still at maintenance
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says, happy to be corrected
if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room
mine didnt hold
went back up, no regrets
there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve
for the archive i came off for four months, put 27 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers
holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it
harder than losing
resistance training two or three times a week is what the room converged on and it is not glamorous
no data on that
ok so my range is 5 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up
anyone gone off entirely and stayed off successfully
quick one i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan
*that should say weekly
regain is expected
