SNAC does the work
#oral-glp1 2026-06-08
did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work
one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly
why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one
the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet
big mg small dose
follow up OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
*that should say weekly
the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral
my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings
the non peptide orals are the interesting part of this channel now, not oral semaglutide
i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
is the plain water rule actually load bearing or is it a formality
about one percent
changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality, i could be wrong
PIONEER not OASIS
[edited]fasted every morning
i said 14 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water
my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet
mine was patchy too
PIONEER or OASIS, which one was the higher dose oral
did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy
Recon calculator: 15mg in 5ml = 10mg/ml.
