  • split_the_cost — a slightly collapsed cake is cosmetic. a puddle in the bottom is not 21:42
  • quiet_head_qi — 30mg in 3ml is 10mg/ml, so 5mg is 50 units. half the barrel, feels like a lot but its right 22:45

my rule is one concentration for everything so i never have to think about it at 7am, thats one data point
give it 4 minutes at room temperature before you decide it has not dissolved

BS

i have never once regretted using a rounder number and a slightly bigger volume
if you draw up with a bigger pin and inject with a fresh one you lose a bit more to dead space

do you let it come to room temp before drawing or draw it cold

weighing the vial before you reconstitute is the only way to catch an underfill, from memory

thats fine

a slightly collapsed cake is cosmetic. a puddle in the bottom is not

ST

i swirl for about thirty seconds and then leave it. never had one fail to dissolve, n of 1 obviously

update on the earlier thing i was wrong about this last year: it is fine to draw cold, it just stings more going in, thats one data point

30mg in 3ml is 10mg/ml, so 5mg is 50 units. half the barrel, feels like a lot but its right
