no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

- gip_glp_gil — i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind, from memory i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue… 23:06
- alcohol_hits — does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel 23:12
- split_shipment — the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here 23:33
TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
TRIUMPH is phase 3
lost 48kg over 15 months at doses well under what the trials used
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
sorry to jump in the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, we shall see
quick one blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch, n of 1 obviously
is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
im at 1 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal
no long term data
stepping in 1.7 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
*Janoshik not the other one
phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual, thats one data point
genuine question buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely
did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end
appetite suppression at 5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, thats just me
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
stepping in 2.4 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
coming back to this how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind, from memory
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
anyone stayed at 12 for months rather than climbing
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
glucagon is the new bit
quick one GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
while im here nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is, still working it out
mine went up too
does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel
how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
my resting rate went up 9 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 4
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
research use only
stopped for 21 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
held at 7.5 for 20 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
[edited]the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
reconstituted the 2 vial to 5mg/ml specifically so i could take 12 without measuring crumbs
the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
