my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 13, ymmv

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

🧊9🙏1

held at 15 for 12 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

🎉15🔥4🤝6

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

appetite suppression at 15 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

came off at 19 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

LO

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

LM

sat at 2.5 for 2 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing, i have it written down somewhere

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

triple agonist yeah

CO

sorry to jump in GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived, ask me again in a month

CO

coming back to this phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here, your mileage will differ
