CO

lost 33kg over 10 months at doses well under what the trials used

VO

my resting rate went up 8 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 6

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

CO

slightly off topic but whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

CC

ok so my resting heart rate is up about 5 bpm, did that settle for anyone

low and slow

stepping in 2.4 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated

NS

triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right

BS

sat at 5 for 2 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up, happy to be corrected

QH

whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot SG-1177. Nothing logged either way.

CC

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is

did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

cant feel it honestly

QH

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

48 weeks, dose-ranging. A Phase 2 result is not a safety record.
QH

anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate

🎉3😂3

*PeptideMeter not the other one

RT

i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot B-0329: 97.4% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.

MP

buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely, your mileage will differ

MP

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

RT

came off at 17 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

MP

is the glucagon arm what people mean by the energy expenditure thing

🙏15🧪2

update on the earlier thing appetite suppression at 2 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

GG

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

GG

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

👀6😂2❤️7

reconstituted the 20 vial to 5mg/ml specifically so i could take 10 without measuring crumbs
appetite suppression at 7.5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

anyone compared their VendorInvestigate purity across two different ERP lots

mine went up too

triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect, anyway
