MM

is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run

DD

anyone reconstituting 5 vials to 5 so the steps come out smaller

whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

RR

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer

MM

lost 38kg over 21 months at doses well under what the trials used

MC

PeptideMeter came back 99.4 on one lot and 96.8 on the next from the same SWB, both fine

MM

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

MC

the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, for what its worth

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect, i think

MC

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

glucagon is the new bit

MC

unrelated but no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

MC

sorry to jump in is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

MC

my resting heart rate is up about 8 bpm, did that settle for anyone

MC

triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history, thats one data point

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps, i could be wrong

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, i could be wrong
reconstituted the 30 vial to 2.5mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.5 without measuring crumbs

my resting rate went up 9 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 20

AA

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

AA

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
