Highlights from this day
  • kev_measures — my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 4, i think 17:09
  • two_three_lifts — low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom 17:25
  • VialBot — Digest for the week of 2026-04-12 has been published. 18:00
  • HPLC_Hank — slightly off topic but people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two held at 5 for 3 months and it never plateaued for me,… 19:33
KM

how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

TT

reconstituted the 2 vial to 10mg/ml specifically so i could take 10 without measuring crumbs

TT

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

CO

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

TT

slightly off topic but the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start

CO

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here, i think

Digest for the week of 2026-04-12 has been published.

TT

while im here why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

TT

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

HH

slightly off topic but people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
held at 5 for 3 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

logging rhr daily

i said 4 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since

whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

right so TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule, still working it out

does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

HH

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
