my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
held at 5 and lost 18lb over 7 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
the appetite effect faded for me around 3 months and going up fixed it for a while
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
unrelated but my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
€120 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
i stayed on 1.7 for 14 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments
vials not pens here
slightly off topic but if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
i held at 10 for 2 months and it was the best decision i made
my Janoshik report on the MKM vial came back 99.4 against a certificate saying 99, thats just me
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
*week 31 not week 9
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing, i think
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
*that should say weekly
held there too
plateaus move
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt, i could be wrong
did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed
was SURPASS-2 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
On this day 2 years ago this channel logged 102 messages.
is the plateau at 5 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
