Highlights from this day
  • net_peptide — the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, i could be wrong 19:16

  • protein_floor — did anybody find a difference between MKM and pharmacy at the same 5 19:34
  • VialBot — Assay note: Homopeptide lot G-0641 reported at 96.8% of label content. 19:37

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

NP

the plateau hit me at 5 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

thats STEP 1

PF

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

did anybody find a difference between MKM and pharmacy at the same 5

SELECT wasnt weight

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, someone check my working

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

TT

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

FT

my 40 vial in 1.5ml gives 2mg/ml so 10 lands on 10 units, thats why i picked that volume

i held at 2.5 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made

TT

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

TT

how long did the first 17kg take for people at the low doses
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

MO

anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments

SO

ok so licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

mine faded too

AA

quick one 19 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

NN

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

NN

genuine question how many weeks before you noticed anything at 0.25

steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

AA

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

EM

follow up my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, thats just me

EM

€185 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

HM

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

HM

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, not advice obviously
