Highlights from this day
  • rotterdam_recon — changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, take that with a pinch of salt 11:54
  • rotterdam_recon — update on the earlier thing went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step 11:56
  • two_lifts_a_week — half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose 12:49
  • quiet.hours — went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down 13:11
  • two_lifts_a_week — my 20 vial in 1ml gives 10mg/ml so 5 lands on 10 units, thats why i picked that volume, ask me again in a month 13:12
QH

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

QH

genuine question im at 1.7 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up

LN

the plateau hit me at 30 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

while im here my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

RR

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, take that with a pinch of salt

update on the earlier thing went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

mine faded too

TL

QH

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
