- plateau_pen — STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it 16:35
- private_script_pri — the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing 17:54
- vial_ledger — the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, i think 19:18
- split_shipment — i held at 2 for 8 months and it was the best decision i made steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing 19:58
slower worked better
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 12, which is one person and nothing more
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
anyone gone from 10 straight to 15 or is that too big a jump
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
[edited]the plateau hit me at 25 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
my 2 vial in 2ml gives 5mg/ml so 1 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume
slightly off topic but vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong, for what its worth
anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, i think
same dose day
i stayed on 1.7 for 25 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
went too fast once
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
i held at 2 for 8 months and it was the best decision i made
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
