12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

- slow.taper — the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier 13:50
- nhs_pathway_nell — does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger 15:52
- fake_tracking — genuine question anyone got a 5 recon they like for the 2 vials dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line 15:56
- slow.taper — GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect 16:42

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
i sat at 7.5 for 22 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
start low anyway
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
restarted at 2.5 after 13 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
7.5 gang
folklore probably
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
sorry to jump in restarted at 2.5 after 17 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists, thats one data point
same plateau here
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
easier gi for me
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
10 was enough
no clean conversion
slightly off topic but changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 13 months at 7.5 not needing more
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
GIP plus GLP-1
genuine question anyone got a 5 recon they like for the 2 vials
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
back after 8 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
at 1.7 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
Assay note: QYB lot B-0114 reported at 98.6% of label content.
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
unrelated but licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does, for what its worth
did going from 0.25 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
