for the archive 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, happy to be corrected

- deamidation — yes, and people who jump straight in at 7.5 discover this the hard way in week two 11:45
- plus_sixteen — agreed, and i should have said that myself 11:57
- deamidation — worth stating plainly: research material is not approved for human use. everyone here knows that and it stays true no matter how good a COA looks 14:12
unrelated but i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me, n of 1 obviously
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
did going from 2.5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
went back to semaglutide after 7 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
anyone got a 10 recon they like for the 20 vials
held 10 for 25 months and lost 40kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
im on sema 1.7. if i switch to tirz what dose is equivalent
there isnt one
there must be some conversion
there genuinely is not. different receptor targets, different half-lives, different dose response shapes
any table you find with a conversion column was made up by somebody
people post them constantly and they never cite anything, because there is nothing to cite
i have seen 2.4 sema mapped to 10 tirz and also to 5 tirz, in the same week, by people equally confident
so what do people actually do
most of us restart the ladder. 2.5 tirz for four weeks even coming off a high sema dose
which feels like going backwards and it mostly isnt, because sema is still clearing for a month
thats the key bit. week one on tirz you are on tirz plus most of your last sema dose
so a low tirz start is not a low total start
oh. so the overlap does the work
yes, and people who jump straight in at 7.5 discover this the hard way in week two
i did jump straight in at 7.5. i do not recommend the week i had
not dangerous, just genuinely miserable. four days of not wanting water
and if you cant keep water down that stops being a chat question and starts being a doctor question
agreed, and i should have said that myself
did switching actually help you
for me yes. sema had stalled for four months and tirz moved me again
for me no. i switched, lost nothing extra, and had worse constipation. switched back after five weeks
which is why nobody in here will tell you it works. it works for some people
how do you know if youre one of them
you try it for long enough to know and you keep a log so you can tell the difference between a stall and a slow month
*five months not five weeks, sorry. it was long enough to be a fair try
on supply, the TFC material i moved to was fine, and going back to a pen later was uneventful
worth stating plainly: research material is not approved for human use. everyone here knows that and it stays true no matter how good a COA looks
yep
you were right that there was no conversion and i went and looked. every table i found traced back to a single unsourced graphic
welcome to most of the internet on this subject
good digging though. thats the standard in here
