- u100_pat — anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months 20:38
- two_lifts_a_week — at 15 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win, from memory 21:27
- two_lifts_a_week — SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, not advice obviously 21:48
- two_lifts_a_week — how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you 22:11
- two_lifts_a_week — how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump 22:14
7.5 gang
follow up did going from 2.5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
while im here the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 7
checked the units twice
$94 for a 30 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
10 was enough
40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
[edited]folklore probably
easier gi for me
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
switched from 12 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
is the 30 vial the common one or do people use 2
at 15 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win, from memory
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
follow up is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
im at 0.5 and thinking about 2.4, did anyone gain anything from that step
ok so i sat at 7.5 for 12 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, not advice obviously
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
switched last year
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
[edited]the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
SURMOUNT is weight
went back to semaglutide after 8 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
[edited]5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me, ymmv
