coming back to this my PeptideMeter result on a GGPeps vial came in at 97.4 which is why i keep buying from them

- noct.titrate — at 12 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up 18:38
- third_shift — is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects 19:46
- noct.titrate — changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome 20:22
- cat_on_the_tray — coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5 changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome 20:24
GIP plus GLP-1
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, for what its worth
at 12 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
Inter-lab diff for lot E-2205: 97.4% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect, anyway
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 21 months at 7.5 not needing more
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)anyone got a 8 recon they like for the 5 vials
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
im at 5 and thinking about 0.25, did anyone gain anything from that step
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 9, i have it written down somewhere
no clean conversion
