VB

Assay note: GL Biochem lot G-0641 reported at 96.8% of label content.

PT

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

checked the units twice

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

for the archive is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule

🤝2🧪5

start low anyway

CO

held 10 for 21 months and lost 17kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

PT

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

while im here plateaued at 26 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific, n of 1 obviously

AA

sorry to jump in SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

folklore probably

CO

SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted, i could be wrong

AA

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, thats just me

[edited]

GIP plus GLP-1

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

SS

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
