Highlights from this day
  • nausea_window — at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that 19:24
  • noct.titrate — coming back to this is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing 21:23
  • nausea_window — i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 4 months at 7.5 not needing more 21:55

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

15
NT

plateaued at 8 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

NW

im at 1 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step

NW

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

NW

my Janoshik result on a ERP vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

SURMOUNT is weight

MP

slightly off topic but anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months

15 is the top

SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial

MP

unrelated but the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

RR

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does, your mileage will differ

*week 18 not week 9

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

10 was enough

GG

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome, we shall see

MP

restarted at 2.5 after 8 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists, happy to be corrected

coming back to this is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one

GG

did going from 0.5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone

NW

i sat at 7.5 for 1 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

NW

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 4 months at 7.5 not needing more

🧪2📉6🎉8

went back to semaglutide after 22 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

NW

ok so i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
