- surpass_two — did going from 12 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone 17:42
- VialBot — Digest for the week of 2026-03-09 has been published. 19:45
- night_pin — GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect 20:55
- night_pin — the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so 20:57
- night_pin — at 15 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win 20:59
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
plateaued at 32 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
did going from 12 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
[edited]checked the units twice
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 31
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
same plateau here
15 is the top
[edited]my Medutest result on a SWB vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
7.5 gang
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
while im here why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
easier gi for me
while im here the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
held 10 for 8 months and lost 25kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
while im here is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
i sat at 7.5 for 21 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
restarted at 2.5 after 3 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
Digest for the week of 2026-03-09 has been published.
no clean conversion
titrate slow
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
SURMOUNT is weight
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
at 15 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
