Highlights from this day
  • lean_mass_lex — unrelated but did going from 2 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone 18:09
  • quill_questions — for the archive no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later 19:29
  • igf_one_ivy — i sat at 7.5 for 22 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from 20:13
  • quill_questions — coming back to this the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact 20:16

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

LM

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

LM

coming back to this £72 for a 15 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
