northern ireland sits under different arrangements from great britain and those have changed more than once, so do not treat anything i say about it as current
slightly off topic but the shortage was upstream of the pharmacies as far as anyone here could tell, and shouting at counter staff achieved nothing

as of when i last looked, nhs access ran through specialist weight management services and the criteria were tight
the tier 3 referral needed my gp to actually make it, and that turned out to be harder than meeting the criteria
right so a private prescription in the uk was dispensable at any pharmacy willing to take it, in my experience of it, i have it written down somewhere
did anyone get a tier 3 referral without a bmi over 35
