my knees stopped hurting around 14 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage

39 down in 2 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
i was down 6 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure, someone check my working
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
