still here at month 14
ring fitting is the best one
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
half a stone in 29 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
hit 3 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
thats a big drop
my wedding ring fits again after 13 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight
down 42 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
for the archive how do you celebrate this without it being about food
thats not showing off
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug, i could be wrong
while im here no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
down 52 and my resting heart rate dropped 4 bpm, related or not
does the room want the numbers or just the story
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
slightly off topic but week three nearly finished me and im at month 8 now, does anyone want the boring version
well done
slow is fine
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

what non scale thing surprised you most
thats the win
coming back to this i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
keep going
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
STEP 1 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
